Working at my computer had started causing shoulder and neck pain that progressively worsened. Eventually, a shooting pain began traveling down my arm, disrupting both my daily life and my sleep. I scheduled four appointments with Star Dynamic Wellness for the month, and after just the first session, the shooting pain stopped and my neck mobility was noticeably better.
In our sessions, he worked on the pain in my neck, shoulders, and elbows using gentle movements, guided stretching, and massage. He also recommended some simple neck strengthening exercises I can do at the edge of my bed each night. As a bonus, I learned some fascinating things about how my brain and body work together.
My neck and shoulder mobility is pretty much back to normal and the sharp pain never came back. I highly recommend Star Dynamic Wellness to anyone dealing with neck and shoulder pain, especially if you work on a computer!
